1. General Provisions

These terms govern the use of www.dialogai.no and services provided by DialogAI AS (hereinafter: "Service Provider").

Use of DialogAI's website and services implies acceptance of these terms.

2. Definitions

• Service Provider — DialogAI AS, registered in Norway
• Client — natural person, legal entity or organization using the services
• Services — AI chatbots, AI voicebots, AI training, process automation and other services described on the website
• Agreement — service agreement between the Service Provider and the Client

3. Scope of Services

DialogAI provides services in:

• Design, implementation and maintenance of AI chatbots
• Design, implementation and maintenance of AI voicebots
• Training and workshops in artificial intelligence
• Automation av forretningsprosesser (DocuAI, WorkflowAI)
• Strategic AI consulting

4. Contract Formation

A service agreement is concluded after consultation, agreed scope of work, and signing of a separate contract. The contact form is only for establishing contact and does not constitute a contract.

5. Pricing and Payment

All prices on the website are excl. VAT (25%). Detailed payment terms are set in individual agreements with the Client. Standard payment term: 14 days from invoice date.

6. Warranty and SLA

DialogAI guarantees service availability per the selected SLA package (99.0% — 99.9%). Detailed SLA parameters, including response times and penalties, are set in the agreement with the Client.

7. Liability

DialogAI makes every effort to ensure services function correctly. DialogAI's liability is limited to the agreement value. DialogAI is not liable for damages from force majeure, external provider failures, or improper use by the Client.

8. Intellectual Property

All material, software and content on www.dialogai.no belongs to DialogAI AS and is protected by copyright. The Client receives a license to use implemented solutions on terms set in the agreement.

9. Complaints

Complaints should be sent electronically to kontakt@dialogai.no. DialogAI will process the complaint within 14 business days.

10. Final Provisions

The Service Provider reserves the right to amend these terms. Clients will be informed of changes electronically. Norwegian law applies.

When providing chatbot and voicebot services, DialogAI processes data on behalf of the Client as Data Processor based on a Data Processing Agreement (DPA). Specifically:

• Chatbot/voicebot conversation content is processed solely for service delivery
• Data is stored on servers in the EU/EEA (Microsoft Azure, EU region)
• We use end-to-end encryption and data pseudonymization
• Data is not used for AI model training without explicit Client consent

5. Automated Individual Decisions

Under GDPR Article 22, we inform that our AI systems may make automated decisions. In all cases we ensure:

• Right to human intervention from the Data Controller
• Right to express your point of view
• Right to contest automated decisions
• Transparency about the AI system's underlying logic

6. Transfer of Data to Third Countries

As a rule, personal data is processed within the EEA. When using providers outside the EEA, data is transferred based on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) approved by the European Commission or adequacy decisions.

7. Data Protection Impact Assessment (DPIA)

For each chatbot or voicebot implementation, DialogAI conducts a Data Protection Impact Assessment (DPIA) per GDPR Article 35.

8. Data Subject's Rights

You have the right to: access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, objection and withdrawal of consent. Requests should be sent to: kontakt@dialogai.no. We will respond within 30 days.

9. Supervisory Authority
